REGISTRATION POLICIES:

Art is a fun process but it also involves getting messy; because of this, we recommend that students wear comfortable clothing that allows movement and that can get dirty. Although we do provide some over-sized T-shirts/art smocks, we cannot guarantee that there will be enough for all students or that the paint won’t soak through the fabric. We will not be responsible for damaged clothing or shoes. 

Drop-off and Pick-up
Parents/guardians are responsible for children before and after sessions. If a parent/guardian is late picking up a child from a session, a fee of $10 will be charged for every 10 minutes that they are late.

Policy
We are a nut-free studio due to possible allergies of children in our studio. We do not have a scheduled snack time for any of our drop-in sessions. If parents/guardians prepare the snack for your child(ren), we ask that you please make sure it is nut-free.
Please let us know in advance if your child has allergies. If the parents/guardians fail to fill in the “Allergies” section of the form, Kidoodles Art Studio is not responsible for any allergies reaction of the children. 

Students are eligible to make-up classes if and only if parents inform Kidoodles Art Studio prior the lessons. 24 hour notice is recommended for non-emergencies (i.e. Out-of-town/vacation purposes).

A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made by Kidoodles Art Studio. For cancellation due to any other reasons by the customer, the amount is not refundable, but can be used as in-store credits for other lessons, workshops, and activities. 

Media Release and Authorization
Kidoodles Art Studio reserves the right to take photos and videos within and about the Kidoodles premises and to use such photos and videos for advertising and promotional purpose. If you would like anyone to be excluded from this, please let reception/party instructor know before the session.

Safety
Kidoodles Art Studio’s priority is to keep children safe at all times. All staffs at Kidoodles Art Studio are carefully screened through interviews and reference checks. We ask the parents/guardians to provide us with any information about the child’s learning needs or health concerns, including legal and custodial rights.

Kidoodles Art Studio reserves the right to terminate or dismiss, without refund or credit, any child that intentionally harms others and/or vandalizes studio property, brings any type of weapon, and/or displays extremely inappropriate behavior.

Privacy
Protecting customers’ privacy is important to Kidoodles Art Studio. The personal information we collects from families consists of data that can be used to uniquely identify or contact them, and is used to deliver services to them and to keep them informed. We will not rent, sell or trade personal information to any third party for any purpose.

Kidoodles Art Studio protects families’ personal information using appropriate security safeguards to protect against loss, theft, and unauthorized access. We restricts internal and external access to office files and databases, along with any personal information families provide during the registration process. \

Medical and Liability Release
As the legal parent or guardian, IF I CANNOT BE CONTACTED IN A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, I hereby give permission for medical treatment including hospitalization, medications, injections, anesthesia, and/or surgery for the student. I understand that I am responsible for any charges not covered by insurance. I also authorize the release of all information necessary to settle any claims.

In consideration of the benefits derived from my and/or my child’s participation in drop-in, I do hereby voluntarily release, acquit, discharge and agree to indemnify and defend Kidoodles Art Studio and its Staff Members, directors, officers, and agents form and against all manner of suits, actions, claims, demand, and liabilities relating to such participation.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS RELEASE AND INDEMNITY APPLIES EVEN IN CASE OF NEGLIGENCE BY THE RELEASED AND INDEMNIFIED PARTIES.
